My wife and I are well into our eighties and have lived in our current house for 30 years. We love our house that sits in an acre of garden, but we have reached an age where we need to down size to a home and garden easier to manage. Fortunately we came into contact with Renew Land Developments Limited who offered to purchase our property.

Throughout the period drawing up a Contract Agreement, they were fair and reasonable and very willing to put into the Agreement points that safeguarded our interest. Subsequent to signing the Agreement they have been very caring and understanding of our feelings in leaving our much loved house and garden and assisting us in finding a new home. A nice change to the traditional 'bid high' knock down later mentality

I have worked with Renew Land Developments Limited for approximately 15 months. My initial contact was with regard to a site sale to them on behalf of clients, whilst subsequent jobs have been both sales to, for retained clients and purchases for them.

Following my initial contact, I found them proactive and energetic, willing and capable of standing behind terms proposed, a nice change to the traditional 'bid high' knock down later mentality often used in the sector.
